Ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022 scheduled to hold in Qatar in the month of November, an Official Soundtrack has been released today with titled Hayya Hayya (Better Together) , featuring Trinidad Cardona, African and Nigeria’s great Davido and Aisha before the commencement of the final draw for the tournament.
With the announcement of the single and the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Official Soundtrack, FIFA has lived up to the expectations of building on the FIFA Sound with the vision of connecting with fans who happens to be it’s audiences worldwide combining the passions of football and music together.
The strategy was plotted out to build an innovative and meaningful connections between football fans, Music Lovers and enthusiasts, players, artists, alongside the game while they listen to the songs they all love to hear.
The soundtrack features breakthrough US star Trinidad Cardona, Afrobeats sensation Davido and Qatari based Aisha captures the goal of FIFA which is all about promoting unity.
“By bringing together voices from the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, this song symbolises how music – and football – can unite theworld,” said FIFA Chief Commercial Officer Kay Madati.
He further added “As part of
FIFA’s revamped music strategy, the multi-song soundtrack will bringpassionate fans closer to the spirit of the FIFA World Cup like never before.”
In the aftermath of that, Afro pop singer Davido took to his social media handle to declare Naija no make am but Naija still make am.
